I really wanted to share with you these 4 things that has drastically allowed me to improve my life in my 20s, both mentally and physically.

I whole heartedly believe, if you apply 2 of these 4 things in your life. You will see amazing self improvement.

1. Personal Brand: Starting your personal brand is not just a polished image or catchy logo. It’s about showcasing who you actually are your values, passions, skills, and unique story.

I’ve grown my personal brand to 15k in just 2 months. Showcasing my love for Entrepreneurship, Digital products, Muay Thai, Coffee, and self improvement.

All the things that I love and enjoy, now being able to make an income doing so. This is the power of personal branding…

2. Your Second Brain: learning to build a second brain is very important in your 20s, if you manage to do this. If you can learn how to organize and manage your information proficiently. You will be able to enhance your learning, productivity, and personal growth.

You know I struggled a lot with keeping all my thoughts/Ideas to myself.

I found my self at times experiencing a lot of stress and anxiety cause I had all my thoughts bottled up in side me…

Once I started to utilize my 2nd brain and jotting my thoughts down. I began to experience less stress, better focus, creative ideas, and enhanced productivity which is always a plus :)

3. Your Network: We have thousands of thoughts daily, which are greatly influenced by those around us.

The people we spend time with really do impact us greatly. “We become the average of the 5 people we surround ourselves with.”

Ive literally had to cut out long term friends & people in my life in order to allow my self to see growth. '

They were all going down their paths, and whatever their paths were… It didn’t align with mine.

Even though I loved them, I had to make that tough choice “For Me”.

Trust me, I know its hard but you will see growth. Once I made this change I started to become more focus and aligned with my goals. There was no more causes of distractions for me.

4. Investing: Starting early as an investor is essential. The power of compounding works best when you have time on your side. Once you start to invest in your 20s it allows your investments to grow over a longer period.

Investing is something I just recently started to do, and I know a large portion of 20 year olds are not thinking about this. You have to be willing to separate yourself from the others and not look for short term satisfaction. Start investing for your long term self, It will be worth it at the end.
